INVINCIBLE / PASSIVE FIRE
Passive Fire Inspection
Review visible passive fire protection measures and identify issues that may need prioritised follow-up, remedial planning or further specialist input.

Fire Safety
PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Fire safety is not just about completing a report. It is about understanding the environment, identifying risk, supporting the Responsible Person and helping organisations make informed decisions.
For property managers, facilities teams and those responsible for a building, a passive fire inspection reviews visible fire doors, compartmentation and fire-stopping issues. Agree the areas to be inspected, access arrangements and reporting scope before the visit; concealed construction may need further specialist investigation.
Inspect visible measures. Record findings. Prioritise follow-up.

OUR PROCESS
A Practical Approach to Fire Safety
Start by agreeing the inspection scope and reviewing available plans or previous findings. Inspect accessible visible measures, record the issues and their locations, then use the findings to prioritise follow-up. Any need for opening-up, specialist testing or remedial works should be identified and agreed separately.

Discuss Your Passive Fire Inspection
Tell us the property type, location, areas of concern and any existing reports. We can discuss the inspection scope, access needs and how recorded findings can support prioritised remedial planning. A visual inspection does not establish the condition of every concealed element or replace a fire risk assessment.
