Fire Awareness Training for Employees
Give employees clear, practical fire awareness training that reflects the premises, emergency arrangements and the actions expected from them.

Fire Safety
PRACTICAL SUPPORT
Fire safety is not just about completing a report. It is about understanding the environment, identifying risk, supporting the Responsible Person and helping organisations make informed decisions.
Fire awareness training is for general staff, including new starters and colleagues refreshing their knowledge. It focuses on recognising common hazards, raising the alarm and following workplace evacuation arrangements. It is different from the additional responsibilities of a designated fire marshal or fire warden.
Recognise hazards. Raise the alarm. Follow the evacuation plan.

OUR PROCESS
A Practical Approach to Fire Safety
Begin with the staff group, working environment and existing fire procedures. Agree the awareness topics, relate hazard recognition and alarm response to the premises, and reinforce evacuation arrangements. Review future training needs when staffing, risks or procedures change; general awareness does not replace role-specific marshal training.

Arrange Fire Awareness Training for Your Team
Tell us your workplace location, staff numbers, working patterns and whether this is induction or refresher training. We can discuss suitable awareness content and how it relates to your existing procedures. If people hold designated evacuation duties, ask about fire marshal and fire warden training instead.
